Patrick D. Wong, CPSWQ, QSD/QSP – President
Mr. Wong coordinates and manages municipal and private development projects, with an emphasis on ensuring the right resources are assigned to the project. His skill set includes managing the design process to ensure conformance to standards and policies. Utilizing BIM technology in his role as project manager, he guides projects through the plan check approvals process gaining consensus. Mr. Wong has served as project manager on major development projects providing grading and drainage, stormwater management, utility reports, utility design and relocation; street improvement and widening; third party approvals; and other civil tasks.

Tony K. Wong, PE, QSD/QSP – Principal Engineer
Mr. Wong has more than 40 years of professional engineering experience. Prior to establishing W2 Design, Inc., he completed 17 years of service with Caltrans and 20 years with major Southern California consulting engineering firms.

With extensive training and experience in the management of large and complex projects, Mr. Wong has directed major efforts such as the expansion of the Metro Division 13 Bus Maintenance Facility and the Metro El Monte Station. For these projects, he supervised design for all roadways, water systems, sanitary sewers, storm drainage systems, grading, and earthwork operations. Overall, he has successfully managed more than 500 site improvement, utilities and field survey projects, and has used his expertise in the preparation of preliminary and final design plans, specifications and cost estimates, as well as providing construction administration services and surveying.
